You may request a refund as long as the item has not yet left the warehouse. Once the shipping label is scanned, refunds are no longer possible. This means you generally have a limited time frame of a few hours to a few days to submit your refund request.
We ensure that every kit leaves our store in excellent condition, securely packaged with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. In the rare event that damage does occur during shipping, please note that it is not grounds for a refund. Instead, if your package includes insurance (which is usually the case when the shipping cost exceeds €5.49), we will assist you in filing a damage claim with DHL to recover the costs.
Private seller, currently, no return is possible.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item. Prompt notification will allow us to assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about the return eligibility of your specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to initiate a return for the product you currently have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item. Following the inspection, we will inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
