Global Shipping via DHL, with tracking

EU-countries: 7-15 days
USA: 7-30 days

We will ensure that every kit leaves my store in the best condition, and everything is protected with packing material. Shipping damage (though unlikely) is not an excuse for a refund; instead, we will help you get your money back from a damage claim via DHL, if your package has insurance (normally, you will have insurance automatically when the shipping fee is higher than 4.99€).

 

Shipping is possible under the following conditions at your own risk:

The model is fragile; it might get damaged during shipping, so we will take care of the package and fill some cushioning material.

Despite the best packaging, it often happens that especially small parts, such as antennas and weapons,

Cancel wheels, etc. These are small and mounted with little glue and rarely survive
thrown packages. You should therefore be willing and able to carry out minor repairs yourself.

Broken or damaged parts due to transport damage are NOT a return or a reason for return or complaint!

This is part of the contract and with your purchase, you expressly agree.
To prevent later discussions, the sale is therefore of a damaged craft object.
